Music has always fueled everything I do—but weddings are where it truly hits another level. From choir and band to staying up late just to hear the perfect song on the radio, I’ve always believed music creates moments people remember forever. That passion turned into a career in 2010 when I served as best man in a friend’s wedding and was invited behind the DJ booth—one night was all it took to get hooked.

Since then, I’ve taken a leap of faith, left corporate life, and built a DJ company focused entirely on unforgettable wedding experiences. After recently celebrating a wedding in Australia, I bring a global perspective and fresh energy to every dance floor. With over 500 weddings entertained, I know how to read the room, control the flow of the night, and keep your guests dancing from the first song to the last. My Story

After DJing for over 6 years, Corey Hansen decided to ‘take the leap’ and start his own company, focusing primarily on weddings. Take the Leap Entertainment has become one of Fargo’s premiere wedding DJ companies. Corey has entertained over 400 weddings not only in the United States, but in recent years, he has expanded his reach into Canada and even Australia in this photo!
