Identify Officiant/Readers/Singers & have them arrive early in day

When arrived, prepare all Readers/Singers and trained properly (Mic Check)

Select all Background Music played while guests are seated

Select Song for Seating of the Grandmothers/Mothers (If Needed)

Select Song for Bridal Party Processional

Select Song for Bride’s Processional

Select Song for Wedding Party Recessional

Determine how the Bride will be escorted down the aisle and by whom

Prepare Songs for any special events including Unity Candle/Sand Ceremony

Determine any other personal touches for the Ceremony (Flower Men, etc.)

As a professional lighting designer, I will help create the perfect atmosphere with our décor lighting. Throughout our planning, we will discuss options and placement to bring out the best color in the room to match with your wedding color scheme.

Mileage
For out of town weddings, I charge $1/per mile round trip. For example, if your reception location is 60 miles out of Fargo, the mileage fee will be $120. For distances farther than 150 miles, there will be a flat fee discussed in the consultation and a hotel room will be provided.
